Five daily metrics your athletes score every day. For example: Workout, Hydrate, Sleep (8 hours), Recovery / mobility (15 min), Fuel (protein numbers).

Pick weekly challenges

A fresh habit for each week — 20-min walk outside, no social media, no alcohol, reach out to an old friend. Record quick videos explaining each weekly challenge, scoring details, and why it matters. Upload them and we'll launch one at the start of each week.

Set the price

You know your athletes and what they'll pay. Set the price — your gym keeps 50% of revenue.
